Privacy policy
Who we are
Hotel Colonial, Travessa Pe. Camilo Veloso, 26, Centro, Ouro Preto, Minas Gerais, Brazil. Privacy contact: contato@hotelcolonial.com.br.
What data we collect
In the site forms we collect what you type: name, e-mail, phone, dates, number of guests, room and bed preferences, notes and message. To protect the site against abuse we also keep an encoded, irreversible version of your IP address (we do not store the IP itself).
What we use it for
Only to reply to your booking request or message, organise your stay and protect the site against automated submissions.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or hand over your data. We use the site’s hosting provider, the hotel’s e-mail service and the Cloudflare Turnstile security check on the forms, which processes technical browser data to tell people from bots.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle the request and meet the hotel’s legal obligations.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, and information about how it is processed, by writing to contato@hotelcolonial.com.br or via WhatsApp +55 31 99817-6471.
Cookies
